Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window beginning on the date your order is delivered.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
Orders are considered final after 30 days from the delivery date.
Approved returns that do not qualify under our Guaranteed Fit Promise are subject to a 20% shipping and processing fee. This fee helps offset shipping, handling, inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the warehouse confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Guaranteed Fit Promise
Every Seal Skin Cover is produced and inspected to ensure it:
- Arrives brand new
- Is free from manufacturing defects
- Properly fits the vehicle ordered
If you do not receive a cover that properly fits your item, you will receive a full refund and all fees will be waived.
Photos will be required to verify the fit.
This ensures complete peace of mind with every purchase.
Note
Covers should only be used on clean surfaces with paint and finishes in good condition. Seal Skin Covers is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing paint or surface conditions, including but not limited to oxidation, peeling, fading, or improperly cured or repainted surfaces.
Before you cover your item
For best results and to protect your vehicle’s paint, always use your Seal Skin Cover on a clean, dry, and cool vehicle, as any dirt or moisture trapped underneath can act like sandpaper once the cover is in place. Before installing, remove debris and allow the vehicle to cool after driving.
When installing, gently place the cover without dragging it, align it evenly, and secure all straps and buckles to prevent movement—especially in windy conditions where flapping can cause friction.
To maintain performance over time, regularly shake off debris.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update vehicle details, size, shipping address, or forgot to apply a discount code, please contact our support team as soon as possible. In most cases, changes can be made without cancelling your order.
Standard Order Cancellations
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a 3% cancellation fee may apply to offset non-refundable payment processing and banking transaction fees.
Refused Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a 20% return-to-sender fee, which covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
Fully Custom Covers
Fully custom covers are made-to-order based on your exact specifications and cannot be resold.
For this reason:
- All fully custom cover sales are final
- If a fully custom order has entered production, cancellations are subject to a 30% production fee to cover materials and labor already committed
The only exception is verified manufacturing defects, which are handled under our standard quality guarantee.
